The staircase of the Vantage House abuts the party wall with a vertical screen design that extends up the triple-volume vertical circulation. Positioned above is a skylight which allows natural daylight to filter into the deepest portions of the floorplan. The full-height sliding glass doors leading to the outdoor veranda enhances the visual and spatial connectivity of the indoor and outdoor spaces, whilst allowing ample airflow. The lushly vegetated planting strip along the eastern boundary wall serves as a natural buffer to the adjacent plot's utility services.
