The Nordic House project features a modern and minimalistic aesthetic with functions for a growing family. The entrance foyer opens up the straight flight timber stairs and glass lift with a skylight above. The open concept living and dining area is characterised by a light colour palette with shades of white and light wood tones with bold black accents. The kitchen can be opened up and linked to the dry pantry and outdoor barbecue area, providing an ideal space for hosting guests.

The master bedroom is located at the upper floors offering a private and serene retreat, with full-height glass doors that open out to a private balcony.
