NORDIC HOUSE

In order to cater to a growing multi-generational family, the design brief introduced programmes and functions that requires a maximization of the given site area within the restrictions of the building regulations. The over-hanging canopies of the Nordic House span across the length of the front and side elevations which accentuates the width of the plot.

 

The two sides of the main first storey area is enclosed by full-height sliding glass panels that overlook the lush greenery all around, which creates a seamless transition between the inside and outdoors spaces.
